Brief

It doesn’t seem that a week goes by without another premium gin being launched - all with oodles of craft or attitude. Chase is genuinely different. Born out of the mind of the man who brought Tyrell’s crisps to the world, Chase is one of only two genuine farm to bottle stories in the UK.

What this means is that Chase farm potatoes to make their base spirit, from which they make vodka and gin; pretty much everyone else just buys it in. So our task was clear: drive distinction, fame and understanding of the unique approach and dedication that goes into every bottle of Chase.

Insight and strategy

Rather than focus on target audience demographics, we zeroed in on attitudinal & usage commonalities between our key audience and the brand. These centred around honesty, integrity and adventure. In doing so we built a new brand DNA for Chase that reflected their pioneering nature and their refusal to settle for the easier, simpler and frankly cheaper way of doing things. The result being award winning vodka and a range of super smooth, iconically British gins.

The work

Centered on the line ‘All in the Chase’, the work brings to life the quirky dedication to quality that sees Chase farm its own potatoes. The work was integrated across AV, print and digital.
